• Voice Data: Audio recordings from voice translation are processed locally on your device or sent to translation services. Audio data is not stored after processing.
• Images: Photos and camera images are processed locally on your device for text recognition (OCR). Images are not stored or transmitted to our servers after processing.
• Chat Messages: Translation history is stored locally on your device using a local database. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app data.
• Language Preferences: Your selected source and target languages are stored locally on your device to remember your preferences.

Permissions We Use

• Internet: Required to connect to translation services and display ads.
• Microphone (Record Audio): Required for voice translation feature to capture your speech for translation.
• Camera: Required for photo translation feature to capture images for text recognition and translation.
• Screen Capture & Display Over Other Apps: Required for screen translation feature. The app captures the screen only when you activate the floating translation icon. The captured image is used solely for text recognition and translation, not for any other purpose.
• Notifications: Required to notify you about ongoing screen translation service.
• Billing: Required to process in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect certain information:

• Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: To help us monitor app usage, detect bugs, and improve our services. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google Firebase Remote Config: To manage app configuration remotely.
• Google ML Kit: For on-device text recognition (OCR), language detection, and translation. Text processing may occur on-device or via Google servers. Google Privacy Policy

• Translation API Services: We use third-party AI translation services (including Google Gemini, OpenAI-compatible APIs, and other cloud translation providers) to process translation requests. • API keys and sensitive configuration are encrypted using AES/GCM encryption via Android Keystore and stored securely on your device.
• Chat history and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
• We do not maintain any external servers that store your personal data.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described in this policy:

• Translation text is sent to third-party translation services as necessary to provide the translation functionality.
• Analytics and advertising partners may collect device information as described in their respective privacy policies.
