By downloading, installing, or using Ori (知几, "Zhi Ji"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ori is a personal AI assistant that provides conversation, information lookup, and task automation through natural language. Ori operates in two modes:
Ori offers several subscription plans with different usage quotas (including a free tier with limited monthly conversations, and paid tiers: Starter, Standard, Pro, and Premium). The specific prices, quota limits, and billing periods for each plan are as displayed within the app at the time of purchase. We may update plan offerings, pricing, or quotas at any time; changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal.
Paid subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple's In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play Store settings at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current period.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies. Ori does not directly process refunds or access your payment information. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
In BYOK mode, you connect your own LLM provider API key. This mode is free and has no usage quota from Ori. You are solely responsible for:
Ori does not store or transmit your API key to its own servers; the key is kept on your device.
You agree not to use Ori to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of subscription benefits without refund.
Ori generates responses using third-party AI models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Ori does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output.
Content provided by Ori is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Always verify critical information with qualified professionals before acting. You use Ori entirely at your own risk.
Ori, including its app design, icons, text, and software, is the property of 3vonline and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you generate using Ori belongs to you, subject to the terms of your chosen LLM provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ori and 3vonline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ori if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Ori at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
