What LookRate Does
LookRate is an AI-powered outfit rating app. You take or select a photo of your outfit, and our AI analyzes it to provide a style score, highlights, and improvement suggestions.
Photo Data
- Your outfit photo is sent to our AI service (StoryAI) for analysis.
- The photo is processed in real-time and not stored on any server after the rating is generated.
- Photos are never saved, shared, or used for any purpose other than generating your rating.
Data We Collect
- Outfit photos: Sent to our AI service for analysis, processed in real time, then discarded immediately.
- Anonymous device identifier: A device-level ID (used solely for anonymous login, quota, and abuse prevention). It is not linked to your name, email, or phone number — we never collect them.
- Rating count & quota: Used to enforce daily free limits.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- No account, email, name, or phone number
- No location data
- No contact information
- No browsing history or usage analytics
- No advertising identifiers for ad tracking
Third-Party Services
LookRate uses one third-party service:
- StoryAI (storyai-api.coonee.com): Processes outfit photos for AI rating. Photos are discarded after processing.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or social tracking tools.
Children's Privacy
LookRate is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data Retention
Outfit photos are processed in real time and immediately discarded — they are never stored. Anonymous usage data (rating history, quota) is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and enforce limits, and is scoped to this app. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your Rights & Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of the data that LookRate has collected about you. Your request is processed for the LookRate app only and will not affect any other apps from the same developer or third parties.
How to Request Deletion
Option A — In the app (recommended):
- Open the LookRate app on your device.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap “Delete My Data” at the bottom of the settings screen.
- Confirm the prompts. The deletion is performed immediately for this app.
Option B — By email:
- Send an email to support@3vonline.com.
- Use the subject line “LookRate — Data Deletion Request”.
- Request deletion of all LookRate data tied to you. We will process it within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted vs. Retained
- Rating / analysis records Deleted
- AI request logs and prompts Deleted
- Usage quota and free-limit counters Deleted
- Login history and audit logs Deleted
- Store subscriptions Cancelled (benefits end immediately; restored if you renew)
- Outfit photos are not stored after processing, so there is nothing to retain or separately delete.
- Anonymous device identifier Retained — kept so the same device is not re-issued new free quota; not linked to your identity.
- Quota grant history Retained — kept solely to prevent abuse (re-issuing free credits); not personal data.
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you keep using LookRate, a new anonymous session is created the next time you rate an outfit.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
